There are no additional fees for shipping. Excluding custom clearance if applicable, or any special services you will request yourself from the shipping company.
Your package will be shipped by DHL or FedEx. Once it is shipped we will send you the tracking number.
For the orders which are based on custom specifications upon customer’s request, we would require additional processing times.

Self Pick-up Process:
If your situation is such that you cannot allow the package to come to your house then we got self pick-up process for you. You can leave the express location from where you would like to pick-up your order. We will then leave a note with your order that this order is for self-pick-up and once we notify you that you can now take your order, you can go to the DHL or FedEx express location and get your package.
International shipments may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, and taxes of the country to which you have your shipping address. Due to import laws, we cannot ship our dolls to some countries in South America or the Middle East, and India.

Check & Accept Your Package:
